Swimming! (and other stuff)

Ooohh... doesn't it look wonderful! :)

Knut, Cecily, and I started swimming lessons today. Knut and I were shocked to find that Cecily is better than both of us! :O The way she has been swimming... face out of the water the entire time and splashing everything within 20 feet (well, not quite)... we thought she would need a lot of work. I guess we were wrong.

Finally, some photos! Papa just got a new camera, so the urge to try it out has been an added incentive for getting lots of pictures. ;) Yes, he did just get another camera pretty recently... unfortunately, it got lost. Papa seems to have a talent for losing and breaking cameras... and mp3 players. His old mp3 just died, so he has a new one of those, too. We went to Best Buy yesterday and bought it, the camera, and also a stove. And a microwave. And a camera case. And rechargable batteries. And an SD memory stick. We were there for a long time. :D

I believe in being prepared. :) I almost always have playing cards, a pacifier, paper and pencils, and possibly a couple baby toys in my purse. They sure came in handy for the unexpected hour-and-a-half that we were at Best Buy with everyone along, and with certain individuals very cranky since they hadn't had their naps yet! I just thought it was cute to see these three playing War wherever they could find a spot that was out of the way.

After we went to Best Buy yesterday, we went to Keegan Gaines' graduation party. Keegan taught Newspaper last semester at Lyceum, and she was also in the Lyceum Drama class.
