Fun!!!

Mom, Gloria, and Rosemary left at 8:00 this morning for Ontario, Canada with Grandpa and Grandma Davis. They're visiting Great Grandma Friesen- Grandma Davis's mom. They'll be back Friday evening. Gloria was so excited that at 5:30 this morning she decided it was time to go. It wasn't even light out yet!!! When Cecily and I finally convinced her to go back to bed and let us sleep, she lay there for an hour, then got up and got dressed. Cecily managed to get her back in bed for one more hour until Mom came in to get her up. :D

While Mom is gone, we're having a blast- although there seems to be a lot more work than usual (hmm... I wonder why??) like laundry, cleaning, cooking (although Mom left a bunch of easy meals), watering the garden, picking and snapping and washing and cooking and freezing beans from the garden, etc. We're having fun, too! Tonight we'll be watching a movie and having homemade malts (Peterson tradition- M&Ms or Malts and Movies).

Last night Papa and Mom had a leadership meeting. We had fun. :) Here is the product of our evening (and a few other days as well):
